Omen Wallet
A private, high-trust wallet architecture built around disciplined risk control, tax-awareness, and cleaner execution decisions. Designed for operators, not consumers.
The Problem
Most wallets optimize for speed.
Omen Wallet optimizes for protection.
Crypto wallets treat every transaction as a simple send. They don't surface tax exposure, jurisdiction constraints, or execution risk. The result: preventable losses, surprise tax bills, and value leakage during execution.
Omen Wallet integrates Stealth Gate and Proof of Stealth, an anti-tracking layer that feeds surveillance systems fabricated persona signals instead of blocking them. Paired with Stealth Browser's ring-0 protection and DLL injection blocking, Omen delivers a full-stack privacy posture no other wallet offers.
Core Architecture
Seven layers protecting your capital
Built for fund partners who didn't just request it, they committed to using it and introducing it across their operator base. Every layer exists because the same failure patterns kept costing real money, and the demand for prevention was consistent.
Reserve-First Engine
The feature that started the whole project. Fund partners kept getting blindsided by tax bills after large trades. They asked for a wallet that enforces tax discipline automatically, not a spreadsheet someone forgets to update. Now every taxable event isolates the estimated obligation before funds become spendable. Reserves update across swaps, staking, bridges, and position changes in real time, so operating capital never bleeds into liabilities.
Jurisdiction Intelligence
Our testers span 4 continents, each with different tax treatment for the same action. This layer maps wallet activity to the correct tax regime, holding periods, and income classification per jurisdiction. The same swap is interpreted differently in the US, Germany, and Singapore, and the wallet handles all three.
Gas Sanity Layer
100% of gas fees are non-refundable, even on failed transactions. This layer blocks execution during abnormal fee spikes and evaluates congestion patterns, not just spot price. You see the projected total cost before signing, including scenarios where pending-state volatility would eat into your position.
Timing Guards
One of the most requested features from early testers. Warns when execution timing would push gains into a shorter holding period or trigger avoidable tax friction. Timing decisions become explicit, not accidental.
Execution Controls
Hard limits for slippage, destination allowlists, amount ceilings, and cooldown windows. Every policy is tunable per wallet and per chain. Built so operators get deterministic behavior under pressure, not panic reactions at 3 AM.
Audit Trail
Every decision, reserve movement, policy override, and confirmation is logged with full context. Structured exports ready for accounting and compliance. The fund partners needed this for their LPs, and now every Omen user gets it.
Risk Scoring
Every outbound transaction gets a composite score: destination reputation, behavioral deviation, contract novelty, route complexity, and amount anomalies. Powered by the same Stealth Gate intelligence that tracks synthetic persona signals. Elevated-risk actions require explicit operator confirmation before execution, closing the gap where high-impact mistakes happen during fast decision windows.
Tax Engine
Not a reporting tool
A prevention system.
The tax engine runs inline, in real-time, at the moment you decide to trade. By the time you sign, you already know the tax consequence. Cost basis per lot, holding periods, staking classification, cross-chain events, DeFi triggers. All tracked and calculated before execution, not reconstructed from CSVs after the fact.
- Auto-reserves estimated tax at point of trade
- Warns if selling before long-term threshold
- Flags trades with unknown cost basis
- Supports tax documents across forms (W-2, 1099, K-1)
- Per-jurisdiction tax breakdown on demand
- Cost basis methods: FIFO, LIFO, HIFO, Spec ID
- Cross-chain bridge and wrap event tracking
- DeFi LP entry/exit tax triggers
Private Layer
OMEN Engine
An advanced forecasting layer using AI and machine learning across crypto and non-crypto signals. Not a trading bot, an intelligence layer that informs decisions.
What It Does
Generates directional forecasts and risk assessments from macro indicators, on-chain flows, sentiment shifts, and behavioral patterns.
Available to a private, highly limited group. Not bundled with Omen Wallet by default.
Signal Sources
- On-chain whale flow & smart money
- Macro indicators (rates, DXY, yields)
- Social sentiment & narrative velocity
- Exchange inflow/outflow anomalies
- Cross-asset correlation drift
- Behavioral cluster analysis
Access: OMEN Engine is available through separate agreement only. It is not part of public marketing materials beyond this page.
Active Testing Program
A real base of testers across multiple continents stress-testing every feature and reporting edge cases. Real users also get early access to new builds, participate in feature usefulness surveys, UX/UI feedback rounds, and help shape the product before public release.
Active testers
Private group of operators running Omen Wallet in real conditions across different chains, volumes, and jurisdictions.
Continents covered
Testers from North America, Europe, Asia, and Middle East, ensuring jurisdiction logic and tax rules are validated globally.
Bug reports closed
Critical and minor issues identified, reproduced, and resolved before any public-facing build.
Continuous feedback loop
Testers submit issues and feature requests in real time. Every build cycle incorporates their findings directly.
Who This Is For
Omen Wallet isn't built for casual crypto use. It's built for people and teams who need capital protection, tax discipline, and execution controls as part of their workflow.
Fund Operators
Teams managing pooled capital who want tax reserves and policy-based execution built into the wallet layer.
High-Activity Traders
Frequent traders who can't rely on manual tracking and can't afford avoidable execution losses.
Multi-Jurisdiction Users
Individuals and teams with obligations across multiple countries who need jurisdiction-aware logic, not generic estimates.
Omen Wallet didn't start as a hobby project. It began when partners at a venture fund asked us to build something they would actually run with real capital. Since then, we've built a team around it: engineering, growth, and early operators already onboard ahead of public launch.
Every decision in the architecture prioritizes capital preservation over convenience, clarity over speed, and discipline over flexibility.
Internal logic and implementation details are not published in open documentation. Technical architecture, risk models, and engine parameters are disclosed only under NDA.
Request Access
Access is not public. Reach out only if you have a specific use case and operate real capital. We don't onboard general users. Access to the Omen Engine is not available.
